Happy New Year

ohh my, still rembember that we though we where going to have flying cars by 2000, and her we are.. only thing that is flying is the time...

 

But a big big Happy New Year to you all

and I wish you all the very best for the year 2013

 

 

 

Today is also a new challange over at Scrap'a'Long and to start the year we want to see glitter and bling... what can better fit the new year.. may it be glittery and blingy all year around..

 

I have made my self a tag in size 12, and can I say so fun to make... love love loved to create this one..

 

This tag is kraft so I started to color it with white gesso, then I used som glossy gel medium with a Prima brick mask.. The flowers are also Prima and got some glitter on them..  After the medium had dry I then started to mist with my pastell mists... (you can never add to much mist that shimmer).. Then I used som sticky embossinpoweder on the edges that I sprinkled fine glitterdust over..

 

The fab Tim Holtz clock I painted with white cracklepaint, let dry and used the mists and metallic stains over.. The letters are Thickes and they got the same treatmet but there I also added som glitterdust when it was still wet...

 

The ribbon is colored with the same mists and stains (leftover from the table)
